First Time Deposit Bonus Promotion Rules

Promotions are intended as a bonus to attract new players to TigerGaming.com.

TigerGaming.com encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse that comes to the attention of TigerGaming.com may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the making use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds.

• Only Players who have never made a deposit throughout the ACTION POKER NETWORK are eligible for this promotion. Subsequent accounts will not be eligible.
• Only the first deposit made by December 31^st 2008, 11:59pm (EST) will be eligible for this bonus. TigerGaming.com players will be awarded this first deposit bonus on deposits of a minimum $10.00. Promotional funds deposited into a player’s account by any entity other than the player are not eligible for this bonus. Read about depositing limits here. Deposit bonus will be up to a maximum of up to $2,500.
• Redeeming the first deposit bonus will require the player to play enough hands to redeem 14 POP (what is POP?) for every $1 US deposited from the day of the deposit. Any pre-existing POP will not count towards the POP requirements for this bonus. For example if a player deposits $250 dollars, in order to receive their $250 they must play enough hands to satisfy 3500 POP from the day of the deposit.
• Players will have 45 days from the time they make their first eligible deposit to meet the POP requirements.
• Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player's TigerGaming.com account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the bonus will be void.
• Bonuses will be credited to the player's account instantly once the required amount of Player Option Points (POP) is earned.
• TigerGaming.com reserves the right to limit the number of times a player may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, TigerGaming.com reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
• TigerGaming.com may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players or any one player to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in promotions.
• TigerGaming.com reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without further notice. However, TigerGaming.com will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. TigerGaming.com shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
• TigerGaming.com reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that a player is participating in strategies which TigerGaming.com in its sole discretion deem to be abusive, TigerGaming.com reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such players to the promotion.
• No player may have more than one TigerGaming.com account. If TigerGaming.com detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra accounts will be removed.
• This bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus promotion.
