Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Chico Poker Network (CPN). CPN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of CPN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.

• Players can take up the Refer-a-Friend option by accessing the live chat function in the software and chatting to one of our live chat consultants.
• Players may refer as many of their friends as they wish.
• Only players that do not have an existing account with CPN are eligible for referral.
• The player being referred must sign up using the same email address that was used to invite them.
• The player being referred must sign up and make a deposit within 30 days of receiving the invite for the Refer-a-Friend bonus to be valid.
• If the above conditions are met, the player being referred must earn 500 POP to claim the Refer-a-Friend bonus.
• Once the referred player has met all the above conditions, both the player that made the referral and the referred player will receive $25 in their poker accounts – it is not necessary for the player making the referral to meet the play-through requirements to claim the bonus.
• The Refer-a-Friend bonus cannot be used simultaneously with another play-through bonus. For example, the referred player cannot earn the needed 500 POP to claim the $25 Refer-a-Friend bonus while at the same time earning POP to complete another play-through bonus. POP will only be allocated to one bonus at a time – the referred player has the option to change which bonus the POP is allocated to at any time by using the “Pending Bonuses” option in the software, or by asking a live chat consultant to do so for you.
• The name on a player's CPN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the prize will be void.
• Strict rules regarding player behavior during the course of the promotion will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person involved in the promotion/subsequent events attended by the winner, or any other behavior that CPN, in their sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct during the course of the promotion/winning event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the promotion/winning event as a result of any rules infraction, CPN assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
• By participating in the promotion you grant CPN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided in the CPN registration forms, CPN reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
• No player may have more than one CPN account. If CPN detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra account will be removed.
